<description>Dear Cynthia and brothers and sisters at VT,

I live halfway around the world from you, but we have been praying for you and the VT community. I'm also a Crusade staff serving in Manila, Philippines and also working with the 500+ highschool and college youth in my church. I can't imagine how it's like to go through such loss in one campus community, and among those who are part of the Cru movement there. I feel deep sadnesss, but at the same time, there's a stubborn sort of hope knowing that God is going to use this mightily to open doors for the gospel. Will keep you in prayer, and I have asked our students to pray for you as well. God be with you always!
